What Do You Guys Think About Steroids??? Im 17, 180, 5'8" Not Much fat nor muscle, yall think i should take them or not???? if so where can i get some???

At 17 your body is no where mature enough to be considering anabolic steroids. Try lifting for a few years first and learn your way around the gym before even considering juice.

There are some serious side effects to anabolic steroids, most of which can be combated with a proper PCT. However until your body has fully developed and your hormonal system is fully matured those side effects can NOT be combated and can actually alter them for life.

DO NOT USE STEROIDS!

Don't do it.. either at your age.. or any. The biggest issue with steroids besides fucking up your body if miss used is phsycological adiction. one day you are huge and moving huge weights. the next week you are off your cycle and are losing weight,strenght and size. If you are natural you dont have to worry about the loss being from juice. I am natural and some weeks just cant move the weight i normaly do, but i know that its just a bad diet, sleep or stress. I dont have to worry about if my juice supply ran out or if its fake shit.

at 17 you should start lifting naturally.. maybe supliment your diet with some protein but nothing harder. No pro-hormones.. i wouldnt even mess with creatine. just go and start working out slowly, get your body into it and see what you can do with what mother nature gave you.

I agree completely. I have been dieting now for a month or so. Along with losing fat I am also losing some muscle. I feel like I am shrinking and weak. Of course the strength loss is minimal but I still feel it. I can just imagine what it would be like to be lifting with roids and then lose all that strength when you go off them.

I started my diet on monday of last week.. Mostly Good protein, very little sugar carbs, most of my carbs are from Brocolli and non sugar sources. VERY little saturated fat, but omega 3 fatty acids from Fish. I also started cardio, mostly between 25-40 min 3-4 times a week. ( i keep my heart rate at 135-145bpm for 20-30 min and then 5 min of 155-160 followed by a drop to 140 and then cool down) and i can say that im feeling strong as a freakin ox. lol... well i guess that i wont be hitting the roids, im gonna be pure muscle. i began to cut on my fats and drink nothing but water.... im gonna need some more weights i dont have a gym account at ballys or nothing like that i cant get any credit yet i need to be 18 so till then im gonna need some good weights, i dont have enough...

I have tried to redo when I eat as well as what I eat. I used to eat about 750 calories from morning until 6:00pm and then take in 2500 or so after 6:00. Now I am eating all day long, but not eating much after 6:00. I have also upped my cardio to 5 times a week (varies between 30 min and an hour), but I am keeping my heart rate down to 125-130. Hopefully that will prevent my from burning up too much muscle. I am also eating lots of protein and am drinking skim milk like crazy. I was at 285 at the end of July and am now down to 257-260. My goal is to be around 240 with less than 20% BF (I'm at 30% now). I'm not in too much of a hurry because I want it to stay off.

Although I am not nearly as strong as you, I'm strong enough for now. At this point I am more concerned with how I look, and I'm hoping that I will look better leaner.

I usually hit the gym for cardio in the morning then come home and eat a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of skim milk or a protein shake. Around 9:00 I usually snack on raw celery, carrots, a banana or some nuts. At 12:30 I eat a chicken breast and more raw veggies. At 4:00 I usually have a protien shake and a banana. About 5:00 I hit the gym for weight training and slam a protein shake when finished. Then I try and eat a sensible dinner with some sort of lean meat and more skim milk. I also mix all of my protien shakes with skim milk.

I hate fish so I am taking fish oil capsules in addition to potassium and a multivitamin.
