WOO HOO... I think I am 100% again.
As some of you may know, especially Feldman, I took a nasty hit on the football field last spring and my damned left shoulder has been hurt since then. For months I would toss and turn on it at night because if I didn't lay on it just right it woke me up. Then the pain subsided and it would only hurt if I tried to lift with it. If I tried to do front raises it would pop and hurt like hell for two days afterwards. This went on until July when I just quit using it completely. I did no shoulder exercises, although my bench press is as high as it has ever been and it never hurts while doing any bench exercise.
Anyway, last night I tried out the shoulder and it appears to be fine. This is after 6 months! I can't wait to see if working it adds some more to the old bench press.
