Thumbs up Feeling pretty good

I set several goals 2 months ago when I started lifting again. I have met just about every one of them. The biggest would be dropping almost 9.5% body fat while picking up 10 lbs in lean body mass. Soon I will be feeling like I was 25 again. Time to set some new goals to reach by the new year.

Congrats! I'm still trying to hit my goal of not being such a fatass. I'm seeing progress, but it is SLOW.

I had the same guy take my fat % as the first time. So unless he did it wrong before that is what it comes out to. It equates to 18 lbs of fat. I have been on a very strict diet these past couple of months, almost no fat at all and alot of cardio.

Congrats man!

<-- yet another fatass who needs to do more cardio
I was at 205# a few days ago... but then i started feeling like shit for a few days. I just got my appetite back today... and I ate the first thing in sight: A bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch

I have 10 or so pounds I would be very happy to see go... thanks for the motivation

Exactly. I basicly cut out as much fat as I could out of my diet (I ate around 40 grams a day) and kicked up the protein to about 150 grams a day. And I kept my calories down to about 1700-2000. Pretty much fish and poultry, no beef and lots of veggies and fruit. Whatever kind of low-fat or non-fat items I could find at the store, I ate it. I may have had fast food one day in the last two months. Coupled with about 20-30 minutes on the treadmill and intensive weight training six days a week. I wish I had a before and after pic. I am still not a real big guy but I definitly look 100% better then before, almost everyone I have come in contact with has noticed a difference.

I cheated a couple of times because of birthdays but for the most part I stuck to it and it paid off. I still have quite a bit around my gut to get rid of but hopefully I can get rid of it by Christmas.
