Has anybody here used this yet? It looks like a great strength builder. I think that I might try it on my next bulking cycle.

is this the low rep, low set high weight regime? if so i looked into it.. and didnt really like it.. but im a firm believer in volume training.

Yep. It focuses on doing only 6-9 sets per muscle with 4-6 reps per set. One muscle a day.

I have heard several people say that it has really improved their strength, but no one yet has talked about getting bigger or in better shape.

On my heavy days I already do something similar. I usually do 3 sets of 6 or 8 at most.

The weirdest part is the warmups. For bench it says do 135x12, 135x10, 185x6, 225x3 and 255x1 just to warm up! I usually do 135x10-12, 225x5-8 and then start working out.

IMO you need to look at all the programs and adapt them to me.. if im doing a REP day on bench. i will do 135x12, 225x12 and then jump to 365 for reps..
If im going heavier.. i will do 135x12, 225x12 315x5-6, 365x5-6 and then move to 405 for 8,6 and what ever else i can do..
