I am going on vacation a week from Saturday and I need a 3 day workout program. I normally do 4 days on and 1 day off but that cuts me short by 1 day next week. I never really thought about a 3 day program but and this is what I came up with...
Day 1... shoulders
Day 2... legs
Day 3... chest
I wasn't sure about where to put shoulders. Would they go better with the leg day?
Shoulder is fine where it is because if you put it in the middle and if you happens to be sore the next day you won't want to do chest next. I would suggest to spread out the workout days. Ex. Monday- shoulders, Wednesday- Legs, Friday- chest.
