Diet is the key. Drink about one or two slimfasts with your meat loaded meals ( like 2 chicken breasts, a couple cans of tuna, and or a couple cans of beans, with a side of lettuce, or some other veggie, and then snack on beef jerky or lunch meets between meals.) Its a great plan...loads of protein, little fat, itll fill you up and make you not wanna eat much more.
Creatine is useful as well. Taking about 10g DAILY is productive, but remember the main thing is staying with a plan. You cant sway or let off a diet or supplement.
