Whats your best suppliments?

I have tried tons of Testrosterone(sp?) pills, Creatine, and all kind of Hormonial supplements but the best I have to say is Whey protein. When I was taking all of the others suppliments I would be very damn sore the next day and would not want to lift. The Protein has really help with the soreness and has kept me going. I have also increase my bench frome 210 to 235 in an approximately two and half weeks. Its the greatest thing I has taken so far.

Regardless of what supplements you are using, you should also be taking whey protein. If you don't have enough protein in your diet all supplements/steroids in the world can't help.

At least 1-1.5g of protein per pound you weigh is what you need. Example: I weigh 270lbs so I should eat at least 270-405g of protein. Not an easy feat, especially because your body can only process so much at one time.

I found that out the hard way. Protein is the way to go for me because Im nearly not as sore and I have the ability to work out 5 days a week instead of 3.

Glutamine is one of the best to help muscle recovery and prevents soreness.

I used to use Glutamine and felt like it helped in my recovery time. But I started researching it at some of the other forums and the vote seems to be split. About half of them think that it helps and the other half think that it is a waste. It is a pretty expensive supplement, and is present in the protien that you drink. I decided to save those dollars for something else. I don't know if it was really helping or if it was just mental. I'd love to hear some other opinions on it.

Yeah, I've read the same things but everyone is biased to what works best for them. That's why I use what works for me and stay away from what doesn't. I think everyone should try glutamine at least once and if it doesn't do you any good, don't buy any more of it.

Diet is the key. Drink about one or two slimfasts with your meat loaded meals ( like 2 chicken breasts, a couple cans of tuna, and or a couple cans of beans, with a side of lettuce, or some other veggie, and then snack on beef jerky or lunch meets between meals.) Its a great plan...loads of protein, little fat, itll fill you up and make you not wanna eat much more.

Creatine is useful as well. Taking about 10g DAILY is productive, but remember the main thing is staying with a plan. You cant sway or let off a diet or supplement.

there was a stripper who went on an all cum diet for like 37 days or somethign around that, and lost about 10 lbs or unecessary wieght. Sperm is high in protein, so next time you jack off, just wash it down, and dont think about it.

i like the sustenon250, test ethenate/propinate/cyponate aint bad either. anadrol and dianabol will give ya tits though. anavar i have not been impressed with. i would rank its effects down there with primobolan. side effects are low but so seems to be the results. deca durabolin is good if you can find the real stuff. too many fakes around. equabolan should be the only vet-grade stuff you use. and only then because they dont make it fore humans.
