Had a JC kinda day..

had a decent chest work out.. not super. but decent considering i took a few weeks off from chest..
135x12 ( warm up)
225x12 ( warmup)
315x12( not quite a work set.. but not quite a warm up)
365x8
405x5

then incline dumbell press..
150s X 10
150s X 6
100s X 12.

I had to drop down to 100s as i am working out with an injured shoulder so i cant go all out.. oh. and then 4 lovely sets of cable cross overs. and a complete bicep work out after that.
HOPEFULLY in a few months i will be able to put up 405 6-10 times

I'm sure my lifts where not impressive for JC.. the super human lifter....

I had a pretty decent workout today for me.

Bench:
135x10
225x8
305x6
305x6
305x6

Dumbell Inclines:
3 sets of 8 with the 105's.

Declines (nothing great due to shoulder injury)
3 sets of 10 with the 85s

Finally a cooldown with the pec dec.
3 sets of 8 with 130.

I want to work more on getting some size to my upper chest. How could I modify this workout to get it?
