Dang. I got some darn weak shoulders!

Dumbell presses: 2 min rest between each set
warm up- 20lb 1x10

45lb 1x10
55lb 1x10
65lb 1x5
70lb 1x5

(Plus other shoulder excercises)

Dang I'm tired. That's why my freakin' bench lags. I think I'll concentrate on the shoulder presses for a month.

My behind the neck military press is awesome IMO but, my front delts are where I'm lacking.

I know what you mean. I usually do 3 sets of 12 with the 60's. If I ever try to go heavier with fewer reps my shoulder starts aching again. And I don't mean the good kind of ache

Up to 80lbs now. 2 reps. hahahahahahahaha

Of course this is always when I'm wore out. I never jump to the heavy weight. I hit these weights after I'm worn out working my way up.

WhiteLightning who?

A 300lb man SHOULD be able to curl 80lbs.

Nothing against you Monsoon because I know you are just messing with him, but I hate it when little guys use that excuse for being weak.

Back to reality Feldmonster, at JC's bodyfat % you'd still outweigh him by a good 20-30 lbs, and he's got several inches in height on you. You lift alot cuz you got alotta muscle, and muscle has weight. ;0)

I read some of the muscle boards but the only one i frequent is Musclemayhem. Wbb is o.k.. but most of the boards are SUPER opinionated.. and dont believe what you say, and have a tendency of going with " if you arent following OUR recommended work out.. you will not grow"
