it seems i hit a brick wall after about 3 weeks of working out and dieting. i see big differences in strength, size, leanness, but i just feel tired. last time i quit for a week and it seemed to hurt my gains and i dont want to stop again. anyone else hit this wall and what to do to get through this???
your body is giving you signs to back off the workout.. go lighter or less reps.. When I am in my "zone" i wil workout hard for 6-8 weeks and then take a week off and then hit it again.. your body needs the time to get used to workouts and at other times the body is just tired and needs rest. Sometimes I will it it hard for 3-4 weeks and then I have a terrible workout week.. i learned to just go easy that week or just do cardio. Taking a week isnt bad for you and you will have your strength
