I'm guessing bench? I Have not maxed in about a year, but by the weight I lift in my workouts I guess roughly 365lbs

I weighed 152 4 months ago.
I tipped 178 today, 181 last week.
Most over was 186 5yrs ago.

Weigh in now ~180lbs.
no idea on max right now guessing
squat: 375 lbs.
bench: 275-285lbs.


largest I ever was in junior year high school ~197lbs.
squat: 495 lbs. (I know that seems like there is no way in hell but somehow I managed)
bench: 265lbs. (I don't have good upper body strength)

sorry no real proof, was second best squatter in my high school, next best guy was ~270 lbs. and squatted about 545 lbs.

i use to be a personal trainer at fitness plus in allen i quit that now i just work out there.... im 19... no i dont compete... ive thought about it cause i can drop my weight down to 160 something yet still bench over 300 and squat over 400 ... but i dont dead lift hehe

oh thats cool. Its the dead lift that'll get you too, because there will be a guy squatting average, benching next to nothing, then deadlift the whole world. Thats where everyone came up on me. It was always looking good till the 3rd round of deadlift. Then i finally found my form and hung with the rest.

I havent maxed out in ages.. doubt i will any time soon.. im sticking to sets of higher reps. I will do some low rep sets every once in a while.. but no super heavy singles.

That's because your high-rep workouts are more than most of us max at. It's a wonder that your arms don't tear out of their sockets!

I need to max on bench again, but I am pretty sure I can do 375 now. My last max was in Feb at 350. I have never maxed on squats, but am fairly certain that I can do 400+. Never tried deadlifting.

I can bench 205 lbs. and I'm working on it. I use to be a long distance runner but lately I've been working out, trying to gain some upper body strength. Hard to find a good time to do it with my job though

dont know my max. but on sat i hit 315x12, 365x8 and 405 x 5.. this week im shooting for 2-3 sets of 405x 5-7 reps.
