I can be happy about my results too.
I have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks now. No cardio yet, just strict diet, and light workouts. Since I hurt my shoulder, I really havent been able to get rowdy, but I dont think I really want to get any bigger. 5'10'' and 180-185 is good for me. If I can get there, keep my size, and be very lean, that is what i want.
next week I continue on the diet, and begin cardio atleast 4 days a week.
My high this year was 196, not really doey but not lean. prolly 15% or more, my goal is sub 10. I think I can easily do it.
This time last year, I was 205, and big and doey, I then got very sick, and was bed ridden for 3 weeks, and out of the gym for 9 weeks. I lost 25 pounds. It took me the beter part of a year to gain back the weight I had lost, and regain my strength, and mass. But now that I am confident in that, I will just try to lean down, too bad the summer is over now.
