The first pic is from a month ago and the second is today. Not trying to say I'm huge or anything but it's nice to notice some changes myself. I know the tan is hideous but I've been working so much, there hasn't been time to do anything about it.
j/k, I've been hitting the weights hard as hell and taking in over 200g of protein every day along with a couple weeks of 15g a day M1T thrown in there. It's been expensive as hell at the grocery store but I am hoping to get about the same results over the next month again with lots of eating, lifting, and ProV60 protein shakes. I have lost ALOT of BF% in the last couple months but want to loose much, much more pretty soon. After I put on a good bit more size I am going to do some cutting and shed alot more BF% to show the results better
