Just bought a weight bench...How do I use it?
I just got a weight bench with an 80lb weight set. Has ability to do regular, decline, and incline bench, as well as a leg attachment, preacher attachement, and fly press attachment.
So far I've been doing a daily routine using all the workouts I can, 2 sets of 10 for each exercise.
Is that decent? I have no idea since I haven't really "worked out" since High School....about 4-5 years ago.
