Back to the protein bars thread...

The ones I had tried, i just couldn't get thru. They were ok, but bland as fuck.

The new ones, Myoplex carbsense bars are really good.

Anywhere from 28-30g of protein and 2-4g of impact carbs
and 4-5g saturated fat

Tried the peanut butter/chocolate one last night, good shit

Today i'm trying the cookies and cream, i'll let you know this afternoon

I like the Tri-o-plex bars. Especially the apple one. It tastes more like a Nutri-grain bar than a protien bar.

Try Nitro-Tech S'mores Sensation. They taste great, have 35g of protein, and have only 6g of impact carbs. Here are some of the contents:

Total fat: 7g
Saturated fat: 4.5g
Trans fat: 0g
Cholesterol: <5mg
Total Carbs: 34g
Dietary Fiber: 3g

They are also available in smaller snack bars that are bite size, and have 10g of protein each.

you would think that a health bar would have 0 saturated fat...but they all seem to have a quite a bit of saturated fat.
