Help with mid-section

I am having trouble shedding a few inches off of my mid section. My arms, legs and chest are ok but my damn gut is pissing me off, any input is greatly appreciated.

try a diet change

watch your calories, eat high protein, low saturated fats, and low carb, when i say low carb, i mean stick to complex carbs, and fruit based sugars only, and stay under 100g of carbs a day, less if you can stand it.

You'll notice a leaning effect.

Yup. Hit the treadmill hard a few times a week. If one you can use is adjustable try a higher degree of incline(like running uphill) to burn way more calories that running on a flat level surface.
