Swoll5.0 and I started M1T today. We're going to do 2 weeks on and 2 off. During the on period, we will take 350 mg Milk Thistle a day with 5 mg M1T the first week, and the second week we will double to 10 mg M1T. During the off cycle, we will continue using Creatine and also use a normal, daily serving of 4-AD. We aren't changing our workout plan at all. We are currently on lower weight/higher reps (3x12) for 3 weeks, and we then go 3 weeks with higher weight/lower reps (3x6). I'll post up progress/results after the first 2 week on cycle.
