Good workout program?
Okay, I'm finally getting myself motivated again to workout. Since baseball has ended for my college about a month ago, I havent worked out, so I actually probably havent lifted good and hard to gain muscle mass for a few months.
I am wanting to eventually put on 20-25 lbs on muscle but realize that it will take awhile to get to that mark. Im currently stuck at about 175. In the fall semester, while we were actually pushing the weight, I gained some pretty good muscle mass, but have since lost it.
I am wanting to know of a good workout program and diet that I could get on to help me out. Also, any recommendations of any type of supplement would be great. I have some liquid creatine left over from that first semester, I also have some Pinnacle NOX2 that I bought, but never actually got around to using it (anyone know/heard how good this product is?)
