Hey guys...I need some info
I need some info from you guys who are on some strict workout routines.
I started working on my own after high school for weight loss and toning perposes. Ive dropped my weight down 45lbs doing a 6 week cycle of circut training and back to heavy lifting. I now have more strength & muscle tone than I did in highschool and Im pleased. I feel that Im at my ideal weight, but want to loose a couple extra inches around the mid section. Ive got some new goals now and need advise with work out routines and suppliments.
My Goal: Put on 20-25lbs of muscle in the next 6-12mths
Im lifting heavy low reps and curently taking in 1-1.5grm of protien for ever pound of body weight and working our 4-5 times a week but 1 month into I dont feel that Im seeing the muscle growth that I want........
