Hey guys...I need some info

I need some info from you guys who are on some strict workout routines.
I started working on my own after high school for weight loss and toning perposes. Ive dropped my weight down 45lbs doing a 6 week cycle of circut training and back to heavy lifting. I now have more strength & muscle tone than I did in highschool and Im pleased. I feel that Im at my ideal weight, but want to loose a couple extra inches around the mid section. Ive got some new goals now and need advise with work out routines and suppliments.

My Goal: Put on 20-25lbs of muscle in the next 6-12mths

Im lifting heavy low reps and curently taking in 1-1.5grm of protien for ever pound of body weight and working our 4-5 times a week but 1 month into I dont feel that Im seeing the muscle growth that I want........

TIA Josh

First..Very nice weight loss!!! Let's take a look at the diet you are on now.. post or PM(What is your current body weight?). Routine sounds good..PM or post. I do not believe 20-25 lbs in the next 6-12 months is possible for most people. Protein looks good...How did you drop the 45 in 6? Tks

I want to start off by saying this is not a sales pitch!

I have known three guys that have wanted to get the lean cut look that you are looking for. What they have done as far as supplements is taking advocare. There are a couple of things. (All three of these guys in fact have used these)

Actually I am going to send you a pm so it doesn't look like I am trying to promote these products or advertise.
Thanks

I don't want to sound like a broken record but cutting the carbs will make the fat fall off if you keep it up for several weeks straight.

look up Macrobolic Nutrition. it tells you to to go by this "ratio" to get you best results.

45% carbs
to 35% protein
to 20% fats

read up on it.. it is very informative.
