Slow and steady has been my key. I plan to bump it up a little, now that I'm more use to working out and eating like a pig.
When I first started I was at 145lbs but wasn't keep track of my progress then. Here's what I have so far, just random dates:
Date / Weight
11/4/2003 - 150lbs
11/12/2003 - 152lbs
11/30/2003 - 155lbs
12/11/2003 - 156lbs
1/1/2004 - 157lbs
2/13/2004 - 159lbs
5/21/2004 - 164lbs
My goal is 190 by the end of this year.
I'm pretty sure the weight I've gaind has mostly been muscle, but have no idea what my body fat is.
How am I doing?
