Guys I'm going through some crap here lately and I have been unmotivated to work out so at least I decided to change up my diet and have dropped about 7 lbs of fat and managed to appearantly not loose any (or not a noticible amount of) muscle. But the big issue is still lack of motivation to hit the weights. Too easy to just do something else lately - or nothing at all. I need to get back in there. I've only worked out once in about a week and a half. Was planning to hit the weights tonight but didn't. I suck. Someone slap me back into reality and get me back in the game before I go soft.
Dont be a lazy shit. Just think about why you are working out...A nice body probably, and a lot of attention. How about you make a bet with someone that you'll be in better shape than them at the end of the summer? Then you can make money, or watch it waste away in the process of being lazy.
