The Cabbage Soup Diet....

http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com

that's the site i found that's pretty close to what Kevin said.

I'll keep all my updates in here.

Sunday afternoon - 5/16/04

Decided to go to the store to purchase everything for the diet today. Spent about 60 bucks. (ok so i splurged on the good steaks for the meat part of the diet. But in all honesty you could get away with about 40-50 dollars for the week's worth of food. I bought fruit, veggies, salad stuff, spinach, etc... and all the soup fixins.

Made the soup this afternoon, had to split it up, because I didn't have a pot big enough. Made two batches. Batch one, just like the directions say, added a little Big Matt Essence (something I picked up from Emeril, that I have in the pantry ). The Second one is identical to the first, but added a few tablespoons of louisiana hot sauce. Spicy!! (more like 6 or 7)

Tasted a bowl of the soup this afternoon, it's really not bad. Tastes like a decent vegetable soup.

I'll post up my weight in the AM, as soon as I wake up, and everything I can about this diet, each day.

Should start tomorrow off around 280-285. I've put on a few pounds in the past couple of months.

just eat 500 less calories than maintenance and eat a normal diet

that worked better for me than anything else i tried and i was at least able to keep THAT weight off

eat 2500 calories a day and I bet you lose 5-10lbs a month consistently and healthy
