Funny how the body works....
There I was, doing my squat/deadlift workout last night. the squats have been coming back nicely btw, as I got 245X10, 255X9, 270X6 and 280X5.
So I get done with those and go over to do my deadlifts, and am bent over loading a 45 lb. weight on, just slightly twist my back and OUCH, one of the muscles on the flank of the old lower back just twanged and started hurting like a bitch.
That put an end to my deadlift workout right there.
It's funny how you can lift 300 lbs. as long as you stay in form but you twist just a little out of the groove and 45 lbs. of weight can fuck you up....!!!
