if you have a juicer.. go get some veggies..
get some spinach, carrats, apples(core seeds everything) maybe some grapes, tomato, etc.
these are just some suggestions you can add or subtract which ever. (Spinach is your best source of protein so I would def. think about having that)
Now making a drink like this doesn't exactly look that appetising(sp).. but it will def. give you the energy that you need and the nutrtion that you need.
