Been going to the gym as much as I can. Between being in college full time and working about 30 hours a week I get in there about 3 days a week for 1-2 hours for each of those days now.
Bench is around 275-285 lbs. max, haven't maxed in about 1 1/2 months
Squat is somewhere around 375 lbs., but my lower back doesn't like it and since I started on my job about a month ago I can't really work out legs because all that I do is push carts around all day (costco, they send me out to do carts for most of the time
, at least I can count it as my cardio).
Don't really do any of the other core lifts for max, most of it is routine, but I use dumbbells instead of the bar on bench, incline, decline, military press, unless I am maxing.
Not exactly great and I'd like to get a little bigger, the job is cutting me up at least
