Well a few weeks back I said I was going to start a cycle and did 2 weeks ago monday.
This cycle I wanted to work on a couple week spots on my body.
arms(always a week spot for guys)
Well body weight doesnt always tell you alot but here it goes:
Arms 17 1/2"
Across stomach 48 1/2"
Across chest 54"
Neck 17 1/2"
Across stomach 48"
Across Chest 55 1/2"
The next two weeks Im working out every other day:
To target upper chest and neck on the days Im on Chest I start with incline bench and incline flys to Im hurtin then go to Flat.
On back days I concentrate on some Shrugs and A MODIFIED dumbbell row to get upper more and then do Cable rows/pulldown one time next do Shrugs and A MODIFIED dumbbell row to get upper more and then do Deadlifts.
Im using to hardners and one Bulk hormone so gains will be alittle less than normal but really get a good pump and will get alot leaner in the next weeks to come and harder.
Last cycle I gained 15lbs with 2 bulk and one hardener so Im expecting around another 5lbs total weight gain but of course losing alittle more of this fat
