What to do on the road
well i am about to start travelling quite a bit for work again. We always stay in nice hotels and they usually have a decent fitness center, at least treadmills etc. but rarely have free weights etc. Sometimes there is a universal machine, but it seems they are always broken.
Anyways, what are some good exercises I can do in my room? I do lunges, ab work and even some pilate stuff sometimes, but what else? I want to keep up my schedule while travelling, it is hard, but i have done it so far. It's hard getting up early and running before spending all day long managing and standing a tradeshow, but oh well.
Run 5x a week, minimum of 10 miles a week
Walk 5x a week, minimum of 12 miles a week
Lift 4x a week (shoulders/legs, back/bi, chest/tri)
pilates 2x a week
