Somebody make me a workout schedule!

i don't feel like going the personal training route, but i want to get back into working out. i have a membership at bally's, and i'll be going in the mornings and spending an hour on the eliptical machine, but i would like to start lifting in the evenings, but i really need some sort of guidance on which machines/free weight areas to workout on, on a daily basis. i used to work out with a friend that was a trainer and he taught me a lot, but it's been a few years now, so i really don't remember the routine that i had. if anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. now, i need to get to work on my diet.

10am - Coors Light (start out light, build through the day)
12pm - Shiner Light (2)
2pm - Shiner Bock (3)
4pm (and on the hour till bed time) Guinness on the hour

In 30 days you will have a stomach to be proud of.

My routine allows one day a week per body part and can be modifed slightly week to week to fit your schedule.

Mon - legs
Tue - shoulders/tris
Wed - off
Thurs - back/bis
Fri - off
Sat - Chest
Sun - off

Your off days can vary as long as you take no more than two days off in a row, that allows for only two work days back to back and plenty of time to rest.

Do you know of a similar schedual, but for hard liquor? I was thinking this:
2pm (This is when I wake up) - One shot of vodka
3pm - The rest of the bottle
(blur)
(blur)
(blackout)
2am - Jager bombs

Move the Jager bombs to the beginning of the day, they're wonderful to get you going on your day. You should finish every day with a pack of Reds, and a piss in the closet.

what specific workouts do you do, on those days?

monday: Pain
tuesday : punishment
Wed: torment..
thurs/friday = rest
sat = legendary suffering..

that pretty much covers my work out

That's about what I'm trying to follow now, are ABS ok to be done every workout?
