anyone that knows alot about the body and like health and stuff tell me what you think about this. is there anything wrong with drinking diet drinks. ie. diet coke , diet sams cola ect. it says on the nutrition guide that there is nothing really in it but i am not sure. are they bad for you. let me know .. also what are some good alternatives to drinking diet cokes cause im getting to be a addict. thanks
carbonated beverages hinder the bodies ability to function at it's best when your working out. Why do you think coaches always said no cokes before games. you don't need them before you work out either. I'd stick to gatorade and water. It doesn't really matter if it's diet or not, just if it's carbonated
well, all sodas are bad no matter what you drink. Drink more water, juice, things like that, and you can start to basically ween your self off of the soda (IE: start lowering how much you drink per day, and replace it with water or juice, then the less soda you drink, the more juice or water you drink until all you are drinking is juice or water)
