? about ZMA

Started taking ZMA yesterday. My question is what effect does calcium have with it? It says to do not take with food or supplements containing calcium?

It decreases the absorption of zinc. Take it on empty stomach 30 minutes before going to bed.

Calcium tends to disrupt the absorption of some nutrients and some medicines, when taken at the same general time. Basically, they are saying avoid the calcium so it can be absorbed more efficently.
