Best cardio exercise to lose weight?
Lately I've been trying to get back in the shape I was in in high school. I was on the wrestling team and weighed 152 with hardly any body fat. Well now I'm in college and of course I've gained weight. I'm 3 years out of high school and up to 180.
I've been eating "better" as in not eating alot of junk and completely stopped drinking carbinated drinks. I've been lifting weights and doing the eliptical machine for 20 min, but I honestly don't feel too exhausted after I do it. Is running the answer? Biking? Any suggestions to aid in my weight loss?
