Need some help

Well i finnaly started running again last month and have been doing it every mornnning since. Well on sun i went to the sanddunes on my motorcycle and crashed on a jump and broke a few ribs. Now it hurts when i walk so running is out of the question. What can i do to help these heal faster. Any tricks to it.

Lay in bed AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!!

The lack of movement will let those ribs heal as fast as possible. You keep moving around, you're putting stress on the structure, keeping them from bonding back together.

Take a few days off work, whatever.. and yes, definitely no running. Drink lots milk, to get that calcium in there.. won't help much, but still. Take your MVs, to help your body out.
