So I took the advice that some of you gave me and started eating ~200g protein and ~150-175g carbs. each day. Well I have thus far gained about 30lbs. on bench and incline max. Legs are skyrocketing, I'm doing a 90 lbs. more on leg press and 50 lbs. up on squat. My legs are much more defined (veins are sticking out all the time now) and abs are coming through nicely.
Keep you guys posted on more results in another 2 weeks or so. Sorry I didn't take a before picture, so an after picture doesn't really help any
Thanks boost, I'm almost at my lifting goal, but still nowhere near my BF% goal. I'm just going to keep going like this because I can just see more and more definition each week with actually gaining mass
