Worked out legs for first time in 11 years
I have not worked my legs with weights for about 11 years. I hurt a knee in high school doing squats and have not done them since. I tried the other day to start again. I did 315 fairly easily once, but I was afraid to try for much more weight. So I did 3 sets of 8 with 205. Today I am so sore that I can hardly walk down the steps! But at least my knees don't hurt. I can't believe that I am so weak!
