no really, i do exersize alot, i work at a ford dealership and do alot of walking. and i do push-ups and sit-ups every night before i take a shower and go to bed, but i still cant get rid of this little roll.
It's all about your diet. A "beer gut" doesn't necessarily come from drinking too much, you may just have a propencity to store fat around your belly before anywhere else, making it the last place it comes off. Count your calories and stay away from saturated fats.
