Question Diet pills?

I want to drop a little under 10 pounds, but I can't starve myself and I'm WAY to picky to go on a diet like Atkins, what pill do you reccommend for curbing my appetite and give me a little bit of energy

Just go to Target and get some caffeine pills. They are cheap and work great!

The ONLY way to lose weight and keep it off is to count calories and watch your saturated fat intake. Period.

If you want onto the dieting rollercoaster of hell keep looking for a magic pill.

Hey barbie I lost twelve pounds this week watching what I ate and running my ass off. I'm sure that was some water to. I was taking half a dose of hydroxicut. i don't know if it helped, but it did help me keep running even though I didn't have enoug calories for energy.

lots of water.
no cokes
no alcohol
1600 calories a day
ran 5 miles a day and lifted.

lots of protein to try and keep as much muscle as I can.

wow, good job Nick!! no alcohol???

they are right, there is no magic diet pill. Supplemental pills are great- to add to help your energy level for your workouts, but of course, you have to do the workout. I found xendrine helped me with my running.....i could run a little longer/further than normal and it helped curb my appetite a little. but haven't ever found a pill i could just take that worked alone.

i got put on low perscription diet pills... nothing heavy and i lost about 15 pounds (from my pregnancy) and i havent gained it back. it took like a month and i didnt eat right or excerise. i know i know... i should have. but as far as OTC most cause you to stop eating much which slows your metabolism down... once you get off of them you start to eat normally and your metabolism is still slowed down a lil and you gain your weight back. it happend to me when i used ripped fuel... bleh

i am trying green tea right now. Seems to be helping with appetite. I do however take protein supplements to help with muscle growth.
