Angry Check this crap out. Is this right!?

If so the calorie counters on our treadmills at the gym are waaaaaaaaay off!

It usually says I'm burning about 400 Calories. Running 5 miles, I'm on there usually about an hour. Sometimes less.

Check this calculator out. lol! It says I'm burning 900 calories.

That website says I burn more calories cleaning house than if I were to rollerblade. That doesn't sound right.

That calc isnt very good, it doesnt ask what speed your jogging, doesnt even list running?

Get a heart rate monitor (Polar is the best one out there). It will calculate the calories from your weight and pulse. 2 hours of floorball usually ends up being 2000 burned calories on the monitor.
