Like WL said, you've got a looong way to go and a bit of juice to squeeze to look like Chyna. Don't be afraid to bust your butt under some free weights, you won't swell up over night. Keep your reps in the 15-20 and make it burn. Here are a few basic
upper body exercises and their respective bodyparts:
lateral raises - shoulders
upright row - shoulders/traps
bent over row - back
skull crushers - triceps
curls - biceps
flat bech - chest/shoulders/triceps
pulldowns - lats
There are plenty more exercises/variations for each muslce group, but these are a good stating point to find the areas that you want to work the most.
