i have been playing baseball all my life and now and have hardly ever stepped foot in the weight room, i am really athletic, i am about to try and bulk up really big and i wanted to know what supplement(s) should i look to take starting off, thanks

Why does he need to drink 2-3 times the amount of water a day that he needs? And why can't he drink juice or milk? I know you need more water on creatine and when you work out, but that amount seems overkill.
