lol! Screwed my other bicep up now. haha

I was fighting with Doug Hatton this weekend, and he got me with an arm bar pretty damn good. Then decided to stretch a little more on it after I tapped. My hole arm is pretty much useless for lifting right now. So I guess I'm out on arms and back for a while.

Give me some suggestions on really good leg workouts. Looks like I'll be focusing alot on legs and chest for a while. BRING ON THE CARDIO.

BTW Doug got his! Carpet burns and fat lips suck! haha

Running bro... lots and lots of running. I'm doing around 4-6 miles a day and about 30 miles a week.

After that I hit the leg press and leg extensions and then tear is up on the calf raises.

Rest those guns man.

I bet it does. But that is a serious amount of running. Great Job I just don't think I'd be able to pull it off everyday. I allready run two miles a day. I usually hit about 12 miles a week.

Maybe I'll hit the stair master or something for a while. I just can't sit on the treadmill that long.

Depending on the severity of the injury, you may want to take a week off and let it heal. If you hit legs and the rest of your body hard your recuperative processes will be competing fixing you injuries and reparing your broken down muscle tissue. If your bicep isn't that bad just go light on everything for a week or two until you are back to 100%.

...and quit wrestling your lifemate so that you don't hurt anything else.

My right arm is worthless. The left feels fine but I'm giving it one more week. I think I'm just gonna hit legs twice this week and see how it feels next week.

no doug, just wants verbal tap outs, nic tapped 30-45 seconds before doug let go. He tapped, doug kept applying more pressure, saying, "do you tap, do you tap?"

I think that's why you shouldn't play fight drunk.

It's okay. Next time I tap and you don't let go. The beating begins.

I let go as soon as you tapped when I had you in an arm bar.

it was quite a while, nic would tap, and you'd say, do you tap, he'd say yes, you'd say, are you sure you're tapping out, he'd say, yes doug, i'm really tapping out.

This went on everytime you got him in a hold. From the parking lot at pappa's, where he tapped out and you still held the hold all the way to the ground.

Then in the back of the truck when he tapped 3 or 4 times.

And in the living room, where you guys broke my pool light, after I asked you to stop wrestling in there, because you'd probably end up breaking something.

It wasn't 30 seconds. It only took 5 extra seconds of leaning off the step.

Well he'd tap as soon as I got even close to getting a hold on him...if you'll recall I kept telling him he shouldn't be tapping until I really had him...I was actually trying to get him to realize that sometimes when he thought he was done, he still had some options....but in the end, I guess that just ended up getting somebody hurt....my bad. That wasn't my intention.....

yes it fell from a couple of feet above, but didn't break. It fell straight onto the pool table, i checked it out, and took it down, and put it on the floor.

You guys rolled right on top of it, and it snapped the side of it. That's when you finally stopped wrestling.

jesse and i talked about it, and neither of us heard you appologize for it.

I was mad, simply because i asked you guys to stop

you went to the bathroom, then left

Nic and I talked after you left, and I calmed down

I guess I'd just react different, had it been me that broke something of your's...

if you did appologize then I appreciate it.

Well, it sounds like you've allready made up your mind how you're gonna feel about it. It was an accident. Neither of us meant to do it. I remember offering to buy you a new one that night and you were just content to keep yelling. So I left.

doug, if you think that was yelling, then you have no clue what yelling is.

I never yelled at you guys, except when i said, "ok now stop you broke my fucking pool light" The rest of the time I may have been angry and was talking angry, but i was far from yelling at you guys.

I'm a grown man and I am not gonna have somebody yelling at me for something I can't take back. I offered to buy you a new one 'cause I felt bad about breaking it. You know it was an accident and you're freaking out about it wasn't gonna fix it. I figured we would talk about later when you calmed down. I'm not accustomed to a friend yelling at me like a little kid and I wasn't gonna stick around and listen to it. We broke your light and we both felt bad. Lights can be replaced.

Doug I hate to be the one to break it to you. But no one yells at me either. If he was yelling I wouldn't have walked out the room either. We would have just handled it.
