Forget Leg size. post all your measurements

i remeasured myself.. since i needed to track progress i guess i was measuring wrong before..


Arms : 15.4" upper arm flexed.
9" fore arm flexed

Legs : 21.5" thigh
: 11.5: calves.
waist : 58"

chest : 40"


height : 5'7"
weight :298lbs

Waiste: 42" from naval

Bodyfat: 28% 3 point test

I still have ways to go before I obtain some of my goals. I made some changes from 2 months ago when I started back in the Gym.

weight and body fat are unkown I usually dont check em but prob in low 20's% bf and 230-240
squat around 400-could do more but bad knees

Again, confused.. geez! Your measurements are almost identical to me, everything, but you're like 30 lbs lighter and only 1" shorter, maybe only 3/4" ?!!?

i am not sure either, but my measurements are accurate this is probably the biggest i have ever been because of massive amounts of lifting and protein out the @$$. i used to weigh about 205 but my body fat was around 17 with about the same measurements everywhere but the waist because i didnt know how to eat right and just chose not to, it was all fast food all the time. To lose all the weight i did, i ran 5 miles a night along with pushups dips and curls witha 35 lb dumbell 6 nights a week for atleast 5 months the most cut i was is when i was done with it all i weighed about 167 and had less than 7 percent bodyfat still my meals werent very good with alot of cheesburgers etc. but somehow i managed to burn all the calories off. i wasnt pleased tho because my arms had gone down to like 14.75 inches and i wanted 17 or more inches so that is what i am working for now.Now i do no cardio and cant gain an ounce of fat but i am going to start up anyways to burn the fat i do store. My meals consist of bagels and eggs milk, lunch some source of protein. mid afternoon yougurt. WORKOUT. Protein shake and dinner. And on this program i have seen the most results in lean muscle mass. FYI. Even tho i could still have a better meal plan.
