Back to the gym

after a total 2 month lay off (and 10 extra pounds!).

Gawd the tightness feeeeellllssss soooo goood.

Can't wait until Wednesday when I wake up and can't move anymore!

I just got down to Austin last night so naturally today I have to go workout. Well, I get into the gym and it's friggin' packed . I hate it when everyone goes in about a week before the semester and then it starts to dwindle back down and is back to just us regulars in there by the time school is 2 weeks in. I know my chest is going to be sore the next two days, and magically I didn't lose too much strength, I'm happy

Yea, I don't know what the hell I was thinking. It's the longest I've gone without exercise. Literally, for two months I did nothing.

I'm a tad sore this morning, looking forward to the two day soreness effect tomorrow!

It's been about a week and half since I've been in, but it's been maybe a month since I was able to get through an entire week w/o missing. My legs feel weak, I think leg day got missed more than all the others combined. Can't wait to get in there tonight.
