I just got down to Austin last night so naturally today I have to go workout. Well, I get into the gym and it's friggin' packed . I hate it when everyone goes in about a week before the semester and then it starts to dwindle back down and is back to just us regulars in there by the time school is 2 weeks in. I know my chest is going to be sore the next two days, and magically I didn't lose too much strength, I'm happy
It's been about a week and half since I've been in, but it's been maybe a month since I was able to get through an entire week w/o missing. My legs feel weak, I think leg day got missed more than all the others combined. Can't wait to get in there tonight.
