Exclamation Need help with dieting...

I am starting to get back into working out and gaining back weight and strength i used to have. I understand that drinking is hurting me, but its just something that is going to happen, so i try to forget about it. I stopped drinking cokes for the new year, last year i probably drank anywhere from 2-5 a day. In turn, ive been drinking lots of water, tea, and gatorade.

Ive only been working on getting more calories to gain for about a week. My question is, what can i eat/drink instead of the usual chicken breast and rice, and ham and turkey sandwiches. I need some new, EASY, foods that i can fix up to eat in a short amount of time, as i have really busy days. I would prefer to keep away from the shakes as much as possible, i would rather get my calories from whole foods.

Is there anyone out there that can figure out a meal plan for me to work around my schedule as well as get the calories i need in?

yes lost 42lbs in 3 months eat 6 meals a day try eating egg in the morning an some fruit at 10 in the morning an d a deasnt lunch and eat some more fruit at 4pm and dinner eat deasnt and some more fruit at 10 pm worked for me
