Marathon Foot

So after doing the 1/2 White rock marathon on the 14th I learned something..

Cut all your toe nails before you run, didnt really think about it the night before.

If you dont your toe might look like this !!!

I've lost my big toe nail twice now after a ski trip, the right size shou/boot makes a big difference as well.

Hell yea! You are a runner now.

I existed with black toe nails (at least one) for many a years.

I hung up my long distance running last year. I use to be able to put off the pain of 40-50-60-70 miles a week, but it got to get to the point I always had an ache.

I can wear sandels now.
