How often do you work out?
Just curious how often you guys make it to the gym, and how
you cycle your workouts (ie: upper one trip, cardio the next
trip, lower the next etc.).
My goal is three times a week doing pretty much everything.
Lately with being out of town and all twice is week is what
is happening. When I do make it in I do everything because
I don't know when i'll be able to go back.
What is the thinking about seperating cardio and weight
lifting onto different workout days?
