Is my old DirecTV HD receiver worth anything?

I finally upgraded to an HD DVR with DirecTV and the dude left my old HD receiver behind. Is it worth anything, or should I just keep it as a spare?

Thanks.

Trust me,don't go and get rid of it. I would send it back. I bought one from someone and went thru all kinds of shit. I actually had to send what I bought from someone back to DirecTV. They gave me credit, but the whole ordeal pissed me off.

Thanks guys....it's been about a month now and I haven't heard anything about them wanting it back, but I'll keep it as a spare and will be able to send it back in case I see a charge show up on my bill or something.
