Alternatives to Directv/dish?

I live in a non-cable area so I'm stuck with satellite. I do have broadband internet.

I'm just sick and tired of spending $100/mo for directv, so any suggestions would be tits.

what do you watch that you can't catch on Hulu or on the network web pages?

Not sure. I watch some stuff on speed and fuel, but really not much.

Really not sure. we do not watch tv much at all anyways. I was wasting money on Dishnetwork.

No, that'd be Itunes territory. Netflix will have them once they are released to DVD. A few regular shows are available to download but none of the major networks.

Just about anything you watch on TV is available on torrent sites immediately after broadcast.

I use to watch Heroes on Netflix the night after the episode aired. So they do update some shows on there.
