Thumbs up Samsung customer service.

I've been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks now.

I'd been having trouble with my Samsung Series 8 LCD that I got in January of this year. Fast forward 1 wasted visit from their contractor-tech and they're going to upgrade me to the series 8000 LED straight up. The TV's worth about $~1k more than what I paid last year for my TV, so I was pretty surprised they offered me as an option. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with how many prior products I've bought from them or not, but I was extremely impressed.

I had a similar issue with a Sony TV and I wasn't treated any where close to as good as I was with Samsung.

The only hassle I had was with their contractor, NISI. Their inhouse customer service was top-notch.

Yeah, Samsung tech support is fantastic. I bought a DLP LED TV last january. The power supply went out on it a couple of months ago. I called them up and told them about it. The didn't ask when I bought it or anything, just sent a guy out and fixed it for free.

Can someone list the number that they called where they got this fantastic service? The capacitors on the power supply are going out on my 40" Samsung LCD and I need to get it fixed. Just want to be sure that I get the best possible service.

Thanks.

I just called 1-800-Samsung. I've got the number to their executive CS if you end up needing that.

I have always been a big fan of Samsung. This post seals it up for me thanks.

We have a 40" and a 52" plus their blue ray/dvd player home theater set up and a few other odds and ends from them..

I still need a workout room TV and a garage TV. I am going to Samsung for them first.
