Digital Cable Filter

A friend of mine has one of these filters hooked up to his time warner cable box. He didn't know that the box keeps memory of all the PPV events you order. He tried doing some searching on how to clear the memory before he turns the box in but hasn't been able to get it cleared. Does anyone know how to clear the memory on these type of boxes?
