Which box/subs for truck?

I've got my amp from my old truck (Rockford P8004)... I had a Probox in my last truck, and it was ok, but the subs sucked (only maxed at 300 watts.)

I'd LIKE 12's, but I know that space is kinda tight under a back seat... (its going in an '08 GMC Sierra Denali). So, here are my choices:

Specs:

Box Specs:
MDF construction (3/4" and 5/8")
Air Space: .6 cu.ft. per chamber sealed
Mounting Depth: 6.5"
Clearance: 1.75" between floor and mounting surface
Finish: Your choice of carpet
Fits: Two 10s or Two 12s up to 6.5" deep
(magnets must be no more than 6.25" in diameter)
Will also fit all 10L5.

OR...

Another Probox... I don't have the specs on this one, but it comes with the subs, and they are supposedly supposed to RMS @ 1000 watts.

If I go with the top one, I'll use the Kicker S10L5's....

Suggestions?
