Best Blu-Ray Titles?

What are some of the better Blu-Ray titles? A good movie isn't the only thing I'm looking for -- video needs to be sharp and audio crystal clear.

The only one I've seen that really fits this criteria is Baraka and parts of Speed Racer.

How's Baraka? I have it in my queue in netflix right now.

Transformers, Iron man, Dark Knight are a few that have good picture and awesome sound. Going to check out Planet Earth when I have a chance. Haven't decided if I want to buy it or rent it.

Hell Boy II had some realyl good sounds, I think it was 7.1 Tru HD

300 is supposed to be pretty good too, I watched it a while back, memory seems to say it was good.

They've done studies you know.... 60% of the time, it works every time

It's good man. Go ahead and put Chronos in your queue as well, as it's filmed by the same guy.

I've got Dark Knight, Iron Man, and Transformers. The first two had great sound and picture. Transformers had great sound, but I don't think the picture is as good as the others. Some of the faces seemed "grainy" at times.

If you have a good home theater with a quality sub woofer then you need to watch Cloverfield and Flight of the Phoenix on Bluray. Two of the most amazing HD audio movie soundtracks I've heard on Bluray. Even better than Iron Man and The Dark Knight. Speed Racer is a great visual movie on BD. And Master and Commander is at the top of most videophiles list for BD titles to watch.

I don't have a BD player, nor do I even know if it is out on BD yet...but I would imagine Heat is awesome on BD.

Someone chime in and say yea or nay.

I thought the last Bond movie was pretty good, (not the latest) and if you like John Mayer, the "Where the Light is" is very clean.

1972 Cuda
2003 Infinity G35
2001 1100 Shadow Sabre
1996 Sea-doo Challenger jet boat

Crank and Kingdom of Heaven are my current favorites.

Planet Earth is the best you can get in my opinion, but it is a documentary...not so much the "movie" you're wanting

I've got about 50 titles and every one of them is amazing. Planet Earth is breathtaking.

Whether you're really into his music or not, you might like Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds - Live at Radio City Music Hall. I watch that one more than anything else.
